Gowlin is a male dwarf of about 70 cycles. He originally came to Harlingwell about 30 years ago looking for his brother Gotrum. He was never found and assumed lost to the Wyrvon Mines incident with so many others. Gowlin does not have a permanent residence in Harlingwell, but travels the roads between Mehg Biggrin and Thunderrun, entertaining at the many small villages along the way. Gowlin can be found at The Honey Goblet with surprising frequency for an iternerant bard. Gowlin is jovial in all social encounters, but carries a heavy, brooding heart which he reveals to no one except Hummer, his donkey and most-favorite companion. Gowlin has experienced much loss in his life, but none more tragic than when Gwenbara Stonehorn left him for another dwarf… some rich so-and-so… and from Thrumbl Town of all places! He will look for love again… but only after he has perfected his Perfect Passion Poesy… a love song which is more like a love potion in that it keeps one helplessly in love… literally.
