Tloya is a female human (though many have suspected she must have elven roots because of her fair manner and figure, and the fact that she has barely aged over the past 10 cycles). Tloya spends much of her time weaving and tailoring, but she also leads the local guild of craftsmen and is surprisingly as adept with a hammer and anvil as much as with a needle and thread, and so has earned the repect of those she leads. She would say her greatest desire is for a peaceful and productive life in Harlingwell, but she harbors a secret… There is a man searching for her and she desperately does not want to be found. The truth is he is not really a man… not any longer… and he is obsessed with having Tloya join him in his eternal unrest.
