Belbin is a male halfling in his middle years. He relocated to Harlingwell some 20 cycles ago, seeking the peaceful life away from Mooncrest. He spends his time fishing in Antlers Run and by afternoon he can usually be found talking old stories at The Honey Goblet. He has a history as priest in the Temple of Ta in Mooncrest. What started as a desire to help guide people into better lives had turned into a political, almost cult-like, nightmare. That is when Belbin stepped down and moved far north of Mooncrest. He remains a source of wisdom and guidance for others, but over a pint at a tavern rather than over an alter at a temple.
