Tega is a human male in his 40s and the proprietor of Rising Eagle Ranch, which is located about 50 miles to the south of Harlingwell. He also operates stables in many of the towns and villages in the Sundersky region. Tega was born in Mooncrest but his parents had never lived there. His history is somewhere on an island to the east of Coralia Bay, though he has never seen the place.
Tega is a quiet man, much prefering the company of horses to peoploids. Starling, his own horse, has been his best friend and companion for many years. As far as he is concerned, he has accomplished the greatest thing he could have dreamed of doing.
Tega is in Harlingwell with a group of new horses to sell at his stables on the far south end of town.
